The Gardens is a 39-bed, state-of-the-art skilled and long-term nursing
care facility. It offers superior, 24-hour licensed nursing care
and rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, speech
and
swallowing, respiratory, and restorative therapies—all in a
warm, comfortable setting.
Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation
After hospitalization, a person’s physician may determine that
he/she would benefit from a short-term stay at a skilled nursing facility
(SNF) such as the Gardens. Skilled nursing care is designed to help a
person recover from illness or surgery, function more independently,
and learn to take care of ongoing personal health needs.
While at the Gardens at Quarry Hill, individuals are cared for by experienced nurses selected for their skill and compassion. Our certified nurse’s aides, medication aides, and licensed nurses are on duty 24 hours a day to help each person get back on his/her feet. The nursing staff works in collaboration with our Rehabilitation, Social, Activities, and Dining Services teams, following a plan of care established by the individual’s physician.
