The handsome one-story homes combine classic coastal architecture with a carefree lifestyle. Each one features two bedrooms, two baths, a living room, dining room, fully applianced kitchen, an attached garage, and screened porch. Pets are welcome under the provisions of the pet policy. And if you have a green thumb, you'll enjoy puttering in the garden.
Cottage Homes
Quarry Hill Association, a housing cooperative, owns the cottages. Residents purchase stock representing the value of their residences. Base prices begin at $239,000. When residents move from their cottages, their stock is sold at a price reflecting the current market value of the residence. Residents receive the proceeds of the sale, less a refurbishing and resale fee, within thirty days of the sale of their stock.
Monthly Fees
Cottage residents pay a monthly fee, which covers property taxes, repairs and maintenance, snow and trash removal, grounds maintenance, replacement reserve fund, 24-hour emergency monitoring system and staff, on-site professional nurse and scheduled transportation. Fees listed are for single occupancy. Cottages with two residents will pay an additional nominal monthly fee.
